Thank you for your interest in becoming a Bancserv notary! Our online registration is currently closed and will only be open from the1st through the 7th of each month. Please visit us again on the 1st to start the application process!
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE APPLYING WITH US
Once the online registration is open, you will have 30 minutes to complete a signing agent test in which you will need to pass with a 75% or higher. Passing the exam will prompt you to complete general information forms to begin your application.
Upon review, the Bancserv notary department will E-mail you a Bancserv Notary Packet. You will need to complete and return this in its entirety by the end of the month in order to remain in our database. Please note, all documents must be submitted to Bancserv in one E-mail. Incomplete submissions will result in cancellation of your application in which you will need to wait until the following month to reapply with us
The required credentials from the notary packet have been outlined below for your convenience.
- Independent Contractor Agreement
- Current W-9
- Copy of Notary Commission (Stamp will not be accepted)
- Copy of Driver’s License (Must be a color copy)
- Copy of Notary Bond (If required in your state)
- Copy of Errors & Omissions Policy (minimum $10,000 coverage)
- Copy of Background Check (see Background Check Bulletin)
